Your privacy.

This notice describes this version of the Sphesial website and its initial contact links. Sphesial (Pty) Ltd is the company behind the site. Our postal and street contact address is listed in our PAIA manual. For privacy questions, email [email protected].

Browsing this website

This site has no enquiry form, account system, payment facility, analytics or advertising trackers. Its code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are served with the website, without embedded social feeds or external font services.

This website is prepared for static hosting through Cloudflare Pages. When you browse the published website, Cloudflare processes technical request information, including IP addresses and traffic information, to deliver and protect the site. Processing may take place outside South Africa. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its handling of this data.

Contacting Sphesial

Email links open your email application. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, a separate service whose own privacy terms apply. Neither link sends a message automatically. This website does not receive or store your message.

If you choose to send an enquiry, it may include your name, business details, contact information and the information you provide about your project. The purpose of an initial enquiry is to understand your request, respond to you and discuss possible work. Please share only what is needed at this stage, and do not send passwords, identity documents or confidential customer records.

Any project requiring access to personal or client information needs an agreed scope and appropriate arrangements before that information is shared. Sending an enquiry is not a subscription to marketing.

Enquiry access and retention

Only the owner accesses enquiries. Email is hosted by Afrihost. WhatsApp processes communications under its own terms and may process information outside South Africa. We use enquiry information to respond and assess possible work; project processing is agreed separately. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without sufficient contact and project information.

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after six months. Active project records follow the agreed contract and applicable legal retention requirements. Information may be retained where necessary for a legal obligation or dispute. Copies held by recipients and provider backups may have different retention periods.

We use restricted access and account security controls to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Enquiry details are not published in website files or used to subscribe you to marketing.

Privacy requests

You can contact [email protected] to ask about personal information you have provided, request access or correction, or raise a deletion request or objection. Applicable legal requirements may affect how a request can be fulfilled. Please do not attach sensitive identity documents to your first request; any necessary identity check can be arranged separately.

You can also raise a privacy concern with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
